This matchup is going to be one of the best that has been scheduled for this year. South Carolina’s quarterback has been a star the past few games and will have to continue to show it against Illinois’ tough defense. His rushing ability has the speed and sensitivity of Lamar Jackson, and the running strength of Josh Allen. He will be a beast for his entire CFB career. Illinois’s defense will have to watch him and capitalize on his inexperience , and get interceptions when he decides to try to fit the ball in a tight window as he normally does.
Both teams are looking for a strong finish to the season.
