This past week, the indoor track team went to the state championships and had a successful trip. Athletes placed in many different categories:
Boys Shot Put:
3rd place — Sterling Johnson (senior)
Boys Pole Vault:
3rd place — Daniel Walsh (senior)
Girls Long Jump:
1st place — Nyla Ward (junior)
Boys 55 meter dash:
1st place — Ibrahim Bangura (junior)
2nd place — Kai Cole (senior)
Boys 4 x 200 meter relay:
1st place — Kai Cole (senior), Anthony Eaton (sophomore), Daniel Fox (sophomore), Ibrahim Bangura (senior)
