TC Alum Emma Beall works as the Coordinator of the Substance Abuse Prevention Coalition of Alexandria (SAPCA), one of the local organizations putting together a leadership conference for Alexandria youth. The conference, open and free to all rising 9th through 12th graders living in Alexandria, was developed to train young leaders and connect them with opportunities to become more civically engaged.
